You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your item.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Ajirah does not cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels.

Full-Price Items
Eligible for a full refund or store credit to the value of the item.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale (identified with a strikethrough or label) are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Promotional Discounts
Items purchased with a promotional discount are eligible for store credit only. If the promotion was applied to a final sale item, final sale rules apply.

Welcome Code
Orders placed using a welcome discount code are eligible for a refund or store credit, unless applied to a sale or final sale item.

Additional Information
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
• If store credit and a secondary payment method were used, credit funds will be returned first.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Refunds will exclude any shipping fees, duties, or taxes paid at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange. These products are clearly labelled at the time of purchase and are considered final.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

We kindly ask you to choose thoughtfully. Exchanges are only accepted on eligible items that meet our return conditions, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

If your return meets our policy conditions, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any duties, taxes, or original shipping fees.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you prefer, or are eligible for a credit note, it will be issued via email with a unique code and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Items originally purchased using a credit note will be refunded as a new credit note.

Each Ajirah piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or appears to be faulty, please lodge your return through our Returns Centre, selecting the appropriate reason and uploading a clear photo of the issue.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange a repair or replacement. If a replacement is unavailable and the item cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued.

Please note: Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty or eligible for return.
