Ajirah offers worldwide shipping and localized pricing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Our fulfilment team operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours (excluding UAE public holidays).

All orders are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse using UPS for international shipments and trusted local couriers within the UAE.

North America: 3-5 days transit time

Europe: 3-5 days transit time

Asia: 3-5 days transit time

All international orders are shipped via UPS Express and may require a signature on delivery. If a parcel is unclaimed or refused, UPS will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

If you authorize signature release, Ajirah is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. For lost or misdelivered items, please Contact Us immediately.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. In some regions, additional customs fees may apply based on order value. These fees are not refundable in cases of return.

UPS may require personal information (e.g. national ID or tax number) to complete customs clearance. Failure to provide this may result in delivery delays or return fees.

Ajirah does not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing checkout, as once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes, edits, or cancellations. Our team works quickly to process and dispatch your items to ensure timely delivery.

All international orders are shipped from Dubai on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, where available. This means taxes and duties are calculated at checkout, so you won’t be charged additional fees on delivery.

Import fees are based on your shipping location, the value of your purchase, and local regulations. These may include:

• VAT or local sales tax
• Import duties and processing fees

Please note: Import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable if your order is returned, rejected by customs, or restricted by local laws. Ajirah is not responsible for changes in customs policies or currency exchange fluctuations that may impact final costs.

You can track your order through the shipping confirmation email sent once your order has been dispatched, or by logging into your Ajirah account.

Please note: Ajirah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered by the courier. If your order shows as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our team for assistance.

Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after dispatch. If you haven’t received your tracking details within that time, please email Contact Us and we’ll be happy to assist.

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that appear high-risk. If flagged, we may request additional identification. If verification cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled without liability.
