1. About Ajirah
This website is operated by Ajirah Fashion Group Pty Ltd (ACN 632 842 365), referred to in these Terms as “Ajirah”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read both before completing your purchase. The Returns Policy sets out the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges and store credit, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and the shipping information provided when you order.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
2. Using our website
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights.
3. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and settings. Please check the product description, fabric information and size guide before purchasing.
Products are subject to availability. We may update our range or limit order quantities. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable item.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty or do not match their description.
4. Prices and payment
The currency and amount payable are shown at checkout. Please check your order total, including any shipping charges and taxes shown, before completing your purchase.
Any import duties or charges not collected at checkout will be handled as explained in our shipping information and as required by applicable law.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an order already accepted.
If we discover a material pricing or product error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any proposed correction. If we cannot fulfil the order on the agreed terms, you may cancel the affected items and receive a refund.
5. Orders
Please ensure your contact details, delivery address and order selections are correct.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment or suspected fraud. If we decline or cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the cancelled items.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Once processing or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible. This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are provided at checkout or in our shipping information.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms removes our delivery obligations or your remedies under applicable law.
7. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the detailed conditions for returns, refunds, store credit and exchanges.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All return restrictions, product disclaimers and limitations of liability are subject to these rights.

Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer, including eligibility, duration and any exclusions.

Gift cards are subject to the conditions disclosed when issued and applicable law. Any restriction on refunds or cash redemption applies only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, including our branding, photographs, text and designs, belongs to Ajirah or its licensors.
You may use the website for personal shopping and reference. Commercial reproduction or use of our content requires permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Reviews and submissions
Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights or disclose their private information without permission.
By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it and make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. We may remove content that breaches these requirements.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. This does not reduce our responsibilities for your purchase from Ajirah.

We take reasonable care in operating our website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove any refund, replacement, repair, compensation or other remedy required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website.
The version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights relating to an existing order.
